New Forest Surveying & Architectural Services Ltd is an independent, Hampshire-based practice providing integrated building surveying, architectural design, and specialist conservation advice to homeowners, property owners, and developers across the New Forest and surrounding areas.

The company is owned and operated by Gerard Pocock BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience across all core building surveying disciplines and a strong professional focus on the preservation, repair, and sensitive adaptation of historic and listed buildings within the unique built heritage of the New Forest.

As a small, family-owned practice, we are committed to delivering a personable, responsive, and professional service from first contact through to project completion. We take the time to listen carefully to our clients, understand their priorities, and tailor our advice to their individual needs.

Alongside RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, we offer a comprehensive range of professional services including architectural design, planning applications, listed building advice, party wall services, defect investigations, contract administration, and project management.
