New Forest Surveying Ltd is an independent Chartered Surveying practice providing building surveying and specialist property conservation advice to homeowners, commercial landlords and tenants, developers and contractors across the New Forest and surrounding areas.

 

The company is ideally located on the outskirts of Lymington and Brockenhurst and is owned and operated by Gerard Pocock BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years extensive experience across all core building surveying disciplines. Gerard has and a strong professional focus on the preservation, repair, and sensitive adaptation of historic and listed buildings within the unique built heritage of the New Forest.

As a small, family-owned practice, we are committed to delivering a personable, responsive, and professional service from first contact through to project completion. We take the time to listen carefully to our clients, understand their priorities, and tailor our advice to their individual needs.

Alongside RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, we offer a comprehensive range of professional services including listed building advice, party wall services, defect investigations, contract administration, design and project management work. Many of our projects benefit from a blended approach, combining several of these services to provide a seamless and coordinated solution.
