The surveyor was extremely pleasant to deal with, and very efficient and did absolutely everything I asked and all on time. He was easy to talk to and happy to explain everything without jargon.
He called me straight after the survey to give me a very good idea of the main findings before writing his full report so I didn't have to wait and worry about what might have been found for long! The report was sent later that evening and included lots of extremely helpful photographs.
