With over 22 years’ experience managing building works, contractors, budgets and construction risks, we provide practical, commercially focused support for building projects of all sizes.
Working from a Building Surveyor’s perspective, we help clients bridge the gap between design and construction. Many architectural and structural engineering practices offer excellent design expertise, but do not always provide the wider project delivery, contract administration, cost control and Principal Designer support needed to manage building works effectively.
We can assist private clients, developers, managing agents, schools, commercial property owners, architects and engineers with a flexible range of services tailored to each project.

Principal Designer Services
Supporting clients and design teams with statutory duties under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, design risk management, coordination of project information and practical construction-focused advice.
Project Management
Helping define the brief, coordinate consultants and contractors, manage tenders, monitor progress, chair meetings and keep projects moving.
Contract Administration
Preparing contract documents, issuing instructions, assessing valuations, reviewing variations, certifying payments and advising on completion, defects and final accounts.
Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying
Providing budget advice, tender analysis, cost reporting, valuation of works, variation assessment and final account support.
